What appealed to me about Zerorez was the fact that water is used. We didn't want any kind of scent to be used as a "cover up". We wanted clean upholstery with no fragrance left behind. Everyone we dealt with at Zerorez from the person who set the appointment to the person who came to our home to do the work was friendly, competent and down to earth. They all did what they said they would do and arrived within the time frame that was set up with us. In the past, we have had cleaners who called and cancelled because they overbooked themselves leaving us with no time to get the cleaning done before an event we had scheduled at our home. Definitely would recommend Zerorez for their professional yet friendly and prompt service. Plus, we were happy with the cleaning of our upholstery.

The technician who cleaned the carpet was very professional. He reviewed the process before beginning the cleaning. He was able to remove a stain in the carpet. It was several thousand dollars less for Zerorez than to replace the carpeting. I have recommended Zerorez to several friends!

Well, I've only had the rugs picked up. But the people were prompt and professional. In speaking to the rep on the phone, she was professional and helpful.

He offered a complete explanation of your process vs. the competition and cited several advantages in using Zerorez, chiefly leaving no residue when done. He gave an accurate estimate of how long the job would take and even showed me a before and after comparison to demonstrate the difference - wow. All in all.....perfect. Fast, neat, and a job well done. I would certainly recommend Zerorez to everyone.

Chris Renslow was the person that serviced our carpets. I found Chris to be very informative in explaining the process and why it was the best process for cleaning carpets.
He did an excellent job. My wife and I could not be more satisfied. I have passed out a couple of Chris's cards to my friends and they said they would give him a call when they need the service.
