The Service Technician was excellent
Our carpet was trashed. I had our carpet shampooed before, but it seemed like everytime I had it cleaned it was getting dirty faster, so I just let it go. Then I thought I'd call Zerorez and try it one last time before replacing it. My husband and I were both impressed. My husband was here when they came to clean it and he said that the cleaners really worked hard at getting out any stains they had seen. When I got home from work, I was very happy with the results. My sister-in-law came over later and asked if we had put new carpet in. Yes, we will be referring our friends and family to Zerorez and will be using again. Thank you!!!

The first thing I liked was the nice man who explained what my carpet needed - pet stains and the process. He was neat and efficient in the cleaning. I liked that it felt almost ddry when he was done and my house did not feel humid when he left. It looks good and smells good, not that perfumy, soapy smell. Thanks.
