Absolutely fantastic experience. RJ was the technician who came in. He worked with me to figure out what was best (synthetic rugs). He continued to clean my furniture, my hallway and my stairs. He was a VERY diligent hard working man in addition to being very polite. He answered my questions and was careful in my home. I would hire him again and hope to do so and will recommend him and Zerorez. My experience was fabulous from the first phone call and my furniture and carpets look and smell wonderful!

My carpet came out very clean.

The carpets in my boys' bedrooms were embarrassingly dirty and stained. Chris worked hard and brought them back to life. Although he couldn't get out every stain (like the red Popsicle stain that my child hid from me), Chris tried hard to get them out, and the carpets look sooo much better than they had previously! Also, It's nice to know there are no chemicals or detergents left in the carpet to attract dirt.

This is our first time using Zerorez. About a month prior we used another carpet cleaning service in another part of the house, so it will be interesting to compare how the two different cleanings hold up over time. Nonetheless, we were very pleased with the customer service provided by Chris and Brandon; give them a raise!

Great job cleaning our carpet.

Zerorez came to my house to clean my couches. After trying one cushion, they determined that they may just be too dirty to clean. For my inconvenience they cleaned my bedroom carpet for free. I appreciate that they didn't charge me, and that they did my bedroom for free. Great customer service!
