I was able to get same day service. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and knowledgeable. I was told upfront about the cost and there were no hidden fees or "upsaling" once they got to my home. The service rep was very polite and got the job done.

The tech, Rob Sodanski was so very knowledgeable and it was fascinating to hear his explanation of the process and what he knew about the inception of the product. His enthusiasm for what he was doing and wanting to share with his customer was infectious. We are putting our townhome up for sale this weekend and our realtor, after seeing the "before" and "after" asked me today for Rob's business cards. My daughter, sister-in-law, neighbor and several friends would also like to try the service. I literally cannot stop talking about what wonders were done.

I did like the service, but was disappointed that they didn't give me a deal being it was my first time trying them and I hear the ads on the radio all the time. Evidently, the promotion that I kept hearing about was over.

The service was terrific and I was amazed at how great our carpet looked! Our carpet is lighter in color and especially with having a dog, they had gotten very dirty- almost black in some spots. After they were cleaned, they looked brand new! I could not believe how clean they got. You could not even tell where the old stains were. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to everyone!

My carpet looks great and it was pretty much dry by the end of the day. Tyler ( I believe that was his name), even asked if there were any areas I saw that I would like him to go over again. He was professional, courteous and thorough. He was very careful with my furniture.

The young man (Malachai) who was sent here was the most polite and friendly service man I have had in a while. He was willing to improvise to accomodate my second story condo which he was not told about prior to him coming out. He was thorough, polite and respectful at all times.

Very friendly and careful rep. NOTE: It would be of great benefit to both customer and your carpet personell if, when scheduling, your reps would ask what material the carpets in each room to be cleaned are made of, i.e wool, polyester,etc., as this knowledge would assist the cleaner in choosing the correct additive, especially if owner is not available at the time of service.

The cleaner was very polite and pleasant and did a good job. Everything was done to my satisfaction. We also have allergies aspecilally to the chemicals that other companies use and it was wonderful to not have that problem with your cleaning system.

I liked that there are no harsh chemicals (I have a cat and a baby). The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for calling when you had an earlier opening that was fantastic! Steve went over the options with me, he did a great job and the carpet look so much better.
