The technician was prompt, personable, and considerate what I wanted done. He worked quickly but carefully. The vents look great and the carpet is a vast improvement over the state it was in before it was serviced.

The carpet cleaning is the best I recall ever having. Jon told me the time he thought he'd be finished (as I had another time commitment) and he met the schedule with 5-minutes to spare.

Carpets were clean with No Soapy residue. Technicians are respectful and courteous providing recomendations and options to complete the job.

Very timely in start time estimate and done within the hour they said it would take. I did find a cigarette butt outside my door on the stoop which I was surprised at. The carpets look great.

He did the best job possible with an old and very stained carpet. It looks and smells good, considering it's an old carpet. I like that Zerorez was fast, inexpensive and everyone was so friendly.

professional, clean, guys are friendly and know what they are doing. you wear booties. You have a scrren over the door to keep the cold air out. You guarantee your work. You do everything you say you will do.

Quick and effective

He got out stains I didn't think would come out. Used a heat technique and it worked great. Only negative was the closets didn't get done and thought that should have been part if the bedrooms.
