Came when you said you would come. Did the job fast. Gentleman who came was friendly and knowledgeable. My carpets didn't come as clean as I would have liked but I think that is my carpets. Liked the fresh orange smell of the pre-treater.

They work extremely well. Our daughter vomited red raspberries all over our very light colored carpet. I used the bottle of solution we bought from Zerorez last year and it got it out really well. Your technician came out the next morning to finish up on it and you cannot even tell there was such a mess. It looked like a crime scene before we used Zerorez - seriously impressive. To top it off we had a showing of our house the next day (it's on the market) and we were panicking when this happened the evening before but Sunday morning your staff was out first thing to take care of it before our showing.

Great customer service, carpets look great and extremely nice technicians. Will for sure use again.

Although all the foot traffic marks did not come out, they got our carpet cleaner than it has been in years and cleaner than we could have done with our own carpet cleaner.

Your products smelled fresh and natural. Yes the pre-soak had significant citrus but it was pleasant and dissipated quickly. Ultimate it was the results that were amazing. Stains were removed that I would never have imagined could be removed.

I had very good service. I was able to change my appointment with ease. I had all my questions answered on the phone when I asked them. The price was very close to the estimate I received. I had 2 guys to come and clean all the carpets in my home and clean the furnace vents too. They did a great job and answered all my questions that I had for them. I wanted to see what was taken out of my vents and they were willing to show me that too. I was told about things to do and not to do with the carpet. I also added a protectant to the main traffic areas when they were there, with no problem.

I was very pleased with the overall service that I received.

Malachi (sp?) was professional, courteous and very informative. He was able to remove stains that we were fairly certain were permanent and maintained a cheerful demeanor throughout the appointment.
