The gentlemen who showed up at the house was absolutely great, his name was Tyler. He did a wonderful job and its the first time that after having my carpets cleaned that the carpet wasn't stiff. Really liked the orange/lemon fragrance. Would recommend Zerorez to any of my friends that need to have their carpet cleaned. More expensive then what I thought it was going to be.
I like that there are no harsh chemicals and that while the carpets felt a little dry afterwards, they didn't have the residue feel that you get after shampooing with soap.

the products are stated to be environmentally friendly and I believe they are - the technicians are always efficient and may be early but have not been late - they are always courteous and respectful and present themselves as professionals
It is clean,dries very fast and has a very pleasant scent which is not over powering.

They were not successful the first time the floor was cleaned and they came back to make sure that we were satisfied. It was a very difficult floor to clean and they worked until they found the solution to getting it cleaned to our expectations.
