Our carpet is 10 yrs old and other than being vacuumed, it's never been cleaned. The rep you sent out to do the job, Steve, was very professional and timely. I feel he did a great job and I would definitely call Zerorez again to do the job. Maybe, just maybe, our carpet will last another 10 years? Probably not, but, with the job Zerorez did, I don't feel the need to replace it right now.

Carpets turned out very well. Prompt arrival and pleasant workers. i didn't like the fact that i was not told when scheduling the appointment about the charge for the water.

We like the idea of not having chemicals and shampoos on our carpet. Ryan did a wonderful job of explaining the process and also of cleaning our carpets. They look great! We have used and reccommended Zerorez several times and plan to continue to do so. We will request Ryan again next time we need Zerorez. Thanks!

Friendly tech, fast drying

Communication about timing and arrival time was great
Technician Ian was pleasant and knowledgable and made recommendations
He cleaned up after himself and was respectful of our home
Base boards were not splashed and did not need to be wiped up afterwards
Ian went out of his way to make sure spots and high traffic areas were clean

The Zerorez employee that serviced our carpets spent detailed time discussing products, his cleaning method, and expectations. He was exceedingly friendly and thorough. I was able to leave for some errands without any concern for him being in my home alone. Results were excellent.

No chemicals

Zerorez was able to come very quickly, did a fantastic job and the carpet dried very quickly. Jacob was the technician who did our carpets and he was very friendly and knew what to do in our situation.
