Your technician, Jon, was fabulous and he did a wonderful job. The carpet looks GREAT and appears to not have any residue which is a major plus. It smells clean without having any overpowering aromas. It’s just too bad my neighbor and I didn’t get together before hand. I’m pretty sure they will be giving you a call soon.

Everything was so easy, and the rug looks great.
I have used Zerorez twice and both times the tech was able to get out all of the stains and the pet odor. I like that the tech doesn't "over promise" what can be done yet they are always able to actually get the stains out. I like the safe products used and the fact the carpet isn't drenched with dirty soapy water afterwards. I am a very satisfied repeat customer! ~Heather

We had stacked some larger pieces of furniture in an effort to get things off the floor and when finished they asked me if I wanted them to take the furniture down and put them on the foam blocks.

Friendly yet professional technician....Adam was great. Quality of work - after 10 years, Adam got the stairway carpet to look brand new! Other areas of our carpet are more worn and he did an excellent job on them. We had an entry way carpet that we've even taken to a special rug cleaning service - but Adam did a better job then anyone has ever done......Will definitely use Zerorez everytime we clean.

Everything! I am so impressed. Your employee, Patrick, was great - courteous, thorough and knowledgeable. Our carpeting was very dirty and had been cleaned by one of your competitors about a year ago without much success. After Zerorez cleaning our carpeting looks amazing - and our 12 dining room upholstered chairs are now clean and fresh. Patrick gave great care and attention to each chair as he cleaned them.
