i like that it doesn't seem like there is too much soap used. too much soap means you'd need to do a really good job of rinsing to get it clean. since that isn't possible, the soap ends up staying in the carpet. yuck. was very pleased with results from my cleaning appt.
Both Kyle and Jake were awesome, very personable, and thorough. They both worked hard to please us, and they did, of course with a good product it made their job much easier. We are completely happy with the results! We're VERY happy to have our carpet CLEAN and looking much much better.
