First, The technition (Chris Hess?) was very nice and helpfull. He even saw me shuveling as he arrived and helped me finish! Then, although it was no fault of anyone, there was a malfunction of a machine so they had to come back the next day to complete the service. You guys MORE than made up for the inconvenience by doing a little extra so I am very satisfied with the compensation. The carpets look great! I would definately use again! Thanks!

Your carpet cleaning service made a huge difference on my 8 year old, never cleaned carpet. It made it look as if it was again brand new, "fluffy" again, and stains were removed.

Easy to get appointment and technician who cleaned the carpets was very good about setting expectation for how clean he thought he could get it. Overall the carpets are cleaner than I thought they would be!
