Green products and a hardworking associate. Anne was great! I would rate a 10, however pricing was quite a bit more than previous carpet cleaner.

It doesn't leave a soapy residue in the carpet. It is environmentally safe.

The cleaner Terry was the best. Terry did a get job, he was very professional and explained everything very well. My experience started bad but ended very good. I would used zero Rez again!!! Thank you again. Terry is your best employee!!!
