The products are great because there is no residue. The services were also great. The person was on time, very friendly and worked continually to complete the work. It is very hard to tell on darker furniture if it is completely cleaned. All of the furniture looks very good. I think it is p[ossible that the couch cushions need some additional cleaning. Overall, the person did an excellent job.

I was impressed with the 2 men that came to clean. It was an emergency dog poo issue and I was able to get scheduled the same day as my call. The technician was very knowledgeable, told me of my options and was able to clean the spots to an amazing clean as of right now(one day later). I think I need to give it a little more time, but am hopeful the product used for level two will be a long term fix. It is the second time I have used your company and have been pleased both times. The customer service is one of the best. They way you treat your customers from the first interaction on the phone all the way to the techs coming our is a very well oiled machine.

The best part about our experience was our tech. He was awesome!!! Knowledgable, friendly, professional and got it done so quickly. I wish you would give incentive for 9 and 10 ratings. He was a rock star!

The price was a little high. Hidden water dep fee. Will hold off next year bc of price.

The gentleman that cleaned our carpet was very knowledgeable and hard working. He was very detailed and very nice. For a job that size it could have been a night mare, but instead in turned out as a very good experience. Since last week I have recommended you guys at least to 5 other people. They all want the same guy to clean their carpet. You guys are GREAT!

Steve was VERY knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time explaining what he was going to do and how the product worked. Not once did he make me feel he was in a rush to leave for the next job. He ws also able to remove a stain that I thought for sure would never come out. I have already started to spread the word!
