Very nice tech and got out almost all of my suborn stains! Quick drying! Carpet was not sopping wet when he was done!
Greg, our service person, worked very hard to please and make sure we had the absolute best outcome possible. We feel the protective coating has aided greatly in maintaining the life of our carpet. While the price seemed higher than I expected and compared to last year, it is well worth the price to take care in our $4,000 investment. We will be calling again next spring!
The technician was friendly, courteous, and efficient. I like that Zerorez goes "green" and our carpets were minimally wet after completion. The end result was very nice.
