Efficient; Neat; Did an excellent job. I had a light colored sectional cleaned, and 2 dark chairs. Bill was here at the agreed-upon time, and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time.
Service Technicians were personable, listened to my requests, did their work professionally and in the time promised. Carpets look great. This is the second time I have used Zerorez. I liked them the first time because you don't get that "crispy crunchy" feel after the carpet dries. It also seemed to stay cleaner longer. I already referred my mom.
I like that it dried very quickly and there weren't perfumey smells afterwards. I also like how well it cleaned our terribly dirty (and stinky) rental carpet.

I really liked our technician who was friendly, knowledgeable, hard working and cared about his work. I appreciated his work particularly on dog stains. There were two areas that didn't come as clean as I hoped but overall the carpets look good!
Zerorez was able to get my carpets cleaned when I did not think they would come clean. The technician was even able to get a glue stain off the carpet. There were a lot of spots from training our dogs and they were able to get rid of them as well. They were able to get the carpet cleaned and the heating vents cleaned in only three hours. They were fast and efficient.
They did a great job and took the time to make sure they didn't damage anything else in the house.

I loved that the carpet dried in such a short period. I also saw good results on my carpet. The service technician (Tyler Thies) was very enthusiastic and friendly. He stopped to explain what he was doing every step of the way and to make sure I was ok with how everything was turning out. He was very positive about working for the company as well.
The guys were respectful, good listeners, did a great job, and went above and beyond with moving the furniture for us.

Zero Residue! I can't stand the "Flowery,smelly" cleaners that other Carpet Cleaning Services use! Also, the carpets feel so clean. We have a 9 month old Granddaughter and do not want her crawling on "Chemically" treated carpets. The technician was very Friendly, Professional and right on time! I have already given out several of the technicians business cards to Family and Friends!
