"Extremely prompt & professional ... made our carpet look brand new" I like the fact that no toxins are used in cleaning and the carpet was not left soaking wet leaving days for it to dry.

Phenomenal customer service! I needed a refill of the spot treatment, and within 2 hours a tech had dropped it off at my house (since I live in the north metro and never go to Richfield). I am IMPRESSED!!! Nice job, I am recommending you to everybody!

Clean cut, friendly, knowledgeable staff. They explained everything before they cleaned the carpets. No hard sell but explained our options.

They came in, did their work and moved on. Very hard working crew of 2.

The services were exceptional! The 2 man crew came in and let me know y explaining what they would be doing on my request to have the Ducts cleaned and the carpets cleaned. They had a very professional attitude an thoroughly explained the technique of Zerorez to me. I asked a lot of questions and got the best answers back that were fully explained. I also enjoyed the attitude and "get it done" professionalism to my needs. I have already let my friends, family and co-workers the great job done! I didn't think my stairs going up would clean and Zerorez and your crew proved me wrong. The carpet is fresh and clean as should be!
