Mark was professional, to be sure, yet he also would talk to me like he really cared about my house, and that my being happy with the results was top priority. He was genuine about it too, it didn't at all seem scripted or rehearsed.

Zerorez is fantastic. We have had them out to our place twice and I love how prompt, professional and friendly their service technicians are. They also make sure you feel confident in the cleaning they provide and encourage you to ask questions. I also love how they do a walk-through of the rooms to show you what was done and to make sure you are totally satisfied. This time they came and cleaned our couch and two bedrooms carpets and everything looked great--the couch looked brand new! Highly recommend for your cleaning needs.
