The care and concern the technician displayed in caring for our carpets and upholstery.
Also appreciated being told about the stain protection product available to future protect our carpet. I've never had a carpet cleaning company discuss or offer such a product. I always thought once a carpet was stain protected, it was there for life. Nice to have been educated!
