Our technician, Ryan Wicks, was a superb representative for your company. He did a very professional walk through with us before performing the service, helping us feel comfortable about the areas, costs, and potential treatment areas. He did a great job keeping us updated throughout the cleaning, calling us on the cell when he had important things to ask our permission on or to give us an update on timing as we were still in the process of packing and moving. Ryan was very attentive to detail and brought an extra industrial fan to leave behind and then coordinated with us to pick it up in the morning, which was a huge ask for us as we had movers coming the next day. He did a great job cleaning the carpets and was very thorough and worked very hard to make sure that we were pleased. He also did a nice job selling us on the cleaning product that was great for us to use on our move-out. After he was finished, he called and gave us a great summary of his work that day and the problems and successes that he had in our home. I would recommend Zerorez to others because of the level of service that Ryan provided and the professional rapport he was able to develop with us that made it a much more pleasurable experience than I would have envisioned. I will be asking for him again next time we need services. Thank you Ryan and Zerorez.

The technician was fantastic and explained the process to us at various stages of the work.
I was impressed with the set-up process where "guards" were placed to protect the woodwork where the hose went around corners.
Having Jose do our carpets was a huge plus!! He was EXCELLENT!! The carpet was SO spotted and dirty and they are amazingly clean.
For the first time the technician waited for some minutes after apraying for the stains--we chatted which was
such joy----and I think that made a difference in how the carpets cleaned up. The time before tthere was a quick spray and then the vacumning
began. The carpets also were not as saturated as the last time you all cleaned them.

The service men who came to my home were very professional. They were respectful to me in explaining what and how they were going to do the cleaning, and, after cleaning the carpet, that I was happy with what they had done. I definitely would have them come back.

you do a good job and don't try to sell me the world when you arrive. I get a price over the phone and unless an issue comes up I expect that price and don't want to be sold a bunch of stuff by the cleaner. Zerorez doesn't try to sell me stuff and I like that as well as the cleaning job you do.
