I was very happy with the cleaning service.

Service guy -- Rob -- was exceptionally polite, very thorough. He worked hard and did a fantastic job. Note: I think the cost of the leather cleaning (furniture) is far too expensive (nothing to do w/ Rob's work). Also, the grout cleaning in my ceramic shower was not worth it (nothing to do w/ Rob's work). My shower wasn't that bad to begin with, but I saw no difference after he was finished. Carpet cleaning was superb and I will recommend that to others. Will not recommend those other two services.

Zerorez cleaned our carpets yesterday. This was the first time we've used this company.

Anne was very professional, efficient and hardworking. She was also flexible when I asked if she would also have time to do some stairs I hadn't discussed with the person who booked the appointment. The carpets look great and there is no chemical smell, like you have with other companies. Some spots in the carpet we thought would be permanent are either gone completely or reduced significantly.

As some others have mentioned, the quote is just a "rough guess" and if you have larger rooms, you will be paying more. Additionally, the carpet protection additive was not discussed with me on the phone when I made the appointment. Since I was a new customer, understanding that service and the associated charges up front would have made for a better experience. I hadn't heard of it before when the technician brought it up, so I wasn't ready to make a decision on it until after the floors were cleaned ~ which meant having to move some furniture a second time to put the protectant down.

We are very happy with the product and the service and would use them again.

well he did a awesome job. I called one day and you where out the next day. plus I added so extras in after arrival and you where able to do how great is that. also had grout cleaned I would highly recommend.

Product is great and safe. The service was great! Our carpets look terrific and Chris really took the time to look for any spots to pretreat and worked hard on some spots in our daughter's room. Carpets were not left saturated and dried within the 12 hours or so. We were very pleased and I will be scheduling him to come back to do our basement area!
