Ronald was very nice and professional. He gave us an honest assessment of our carpet and what he could/could not get out. He also worked REALLY hard! I liked how he had me look at each room as he went - asked if I was happy or should he go over it again. We had very high expectations based on several friends' recommendations. Although not all the stains came out, it definitely made a difference. The pricing was fair. We will definitely call again to do the 3 bedrooms. Thank you!

I wanted to let you know that Saturday was the first time I used Zerorez. I've used Stanley Steamer and Chem Dry in the past and I truly said "WOW" when I saw our carpets! My entire house smells great, my carpets look fantastic and I was especially impressed by how professional your technician Jacob was. Not only is it important to have great equipment and products to do an excellent job so customers come back, it's important to hire the right people that represent your company well. Jacob did just that! He was very professional, easy to talk with and I could tell he has a good work ethic!

James Hill your lead technician did an awesome job.

they were very careful about all the corners in me house with the protective sleeves they used to protect my wood pillars. He was willing to add a room that we had not scheduled. He was not pushy in regards to trying to get me to do extra things, but let me know what options I had.

Adam was great to work with, he communicated very well and kept me informed through the entire process and even sent me pics when he was done. The carpets haven't looked that good in years. Adam even got out a big spot I didn't think would come out. Consider me very happy. I am planning on using Zerorez again and will recommend Zerorez to my family and friends.
