This is the second time've used zerorez. We called them back the second time beause they did such an exceptional job the first time which was last year. This time there was a bigger challenge in one of the bedrooms and zerorez cleaned it up so well! I thought we may need new carpet but after the cleaning we will wait awhile.

My carpet was cleaned without the use of harsh soap and chemicals and it looks FANTASTIC!!!! When Zerorez first cleaned it in 2011 I had them spray the protectant and thanks to that, when this time came around my carpet came clean clean clean!! The employees were VERY knowledgable and friendly and made sure I was happy before they left my house. THANK YOU!!!!!

Customer service was excellent! I had to reschedule and they had no issues with that and the person doing the scheduling was very friendly and efficient. Dave, our carpet cleaner, answered all of our questions and explained all parts of the process, as well as our options thoroughly. Even when we were trying to make a decision about how to treat a certain trouble spot he was patient as we took time to consider our options. There was no odor of any kind left by the cleaning process and my carpet looks great!
I posted on Yelp my comments. I was not happy at first with coffee stain but Reed had his associate come back to the house and he did an amazing job. So happy now!!
