Everything looks great other than one spot that we pretty much knew wouldn't come out because it was red on white carpet and had been there for a while - other than that, everything looks brand new and smells great!

The one thing I didn't like was that when I called in to get an estimate, the person on the phone did not explain very well about $60 per room to get the smoke removed. I understood it as $60 total. It ended up being 60×3.
My carpets are clean and the staff, even through the up sell, were friendly and polite.
Carpets look great after the cleaning and Derek was extremely professional and easy to work with. He explained everything and gave me great cleaning options to choose from while being cost conscious.
Obviously carpets are cleaned, but what gives zerorez the edge is how quickly the carpets go from dirty to clean and able to be walked on. Safe for babies and pets is also a plus.

I think that your product works just fine but it did not work for us because our pet urine problem was too bad.
The product did the job!! The service was outstanding. The tech explained about the water being used and how it worked. I was very impressed with him. He asked if we had any concerns or special requests. He told us about the length of time it would take to complete the job and he completed it in that time. Very impressive. We will definitely use ZEROREZ services again.
