Wow! My carpeting is exceptionally clean! It looks and feels renewed and fresh. Technician Ryan got the graphite out of the living room. Now it smells good and no residue of any sort is present. The best product you got is Ryan-the technician. He was personable, courteous, hard worker. He went extra mile to make my place extra best. He is the best!
Ryan had good attitude, did simply a good job, he was conscientious.
There was a glitch with scheduling but Ryan compensated that well by his good work!
