Best service I've ever used. Very thorough. Worth the price. My husband and I have been waking up every day for several years with stuffy head/noses and thought it was allergies. The next day after the zerorez services which included vent clean, carpet clean and addition of the BreatheCLEAN system, both of us were stuffy free! Another bonus for me was fact that they don't use harmful chemicals.

The carpets look and feel truly clean. Most of all, the technician, Joshua, went above and beyond my expectations. He was very good at explaining the process and seemed to take extra care with the wool carpets in the home. There is an area of the carpet that appears to have been the favorite spot of a former dog. Joshua treated the area several times and cleaned it at least three times. I was greatly impressed with his willingness to go the extra mile. Not something I have experienced with others in the industry. I would definitely recommend your services, and would tell them to ask for Joshua!

We had Courtland call and say he was running late, but would still be glad to come out. He arrived at 6:00 on Saturday evening. We thought he would be in a hurry and not do a good job. We were wrong.
