The young man that cleaned our carpet was very good and professional.
Service tech did a great job. However, the person on the phone told me that the shower surround could be cleaned (tile). The service tech told me you couldn't do it. Unsure why I was given incorrect info on the phone.

pet bio removal; however it's kind of pricey. You also came out at the time I wanted within a few days of making the appt. and were early on the day you cleaned which I preferred.
We were very pleased with the results of the cleaning. Zerorez did the entire house and staircases. There were several issues with pet urine spots and the bio-treatment worked well.
The technicians, Daylon and Matt were very professional and Daylon is an expert in carpet fibers and explaining what can and cannot be done. I will not hesitate to use your company in the furture.

Always a very friendly crew that comes to my house. When they leave, my dirty carpets sparkle like new. The technician who take care of my carpets this time worked solo and was super efficient. He was a really friendly person.
