My carpet now looks clean and fresh and the stains are much improved. (I don't think anything will take them away completely.) also the house now smells nice instead of questionable!

The man that came and cleaned our carpet was so nice and professional. The carpets looked amazing!....... Until my boyfriend spilled something on them the next day. Lol. Guess we will be calling you guys again soon!

We were impressed with the modern equipment used. The man did a real good job on the carpet and it turned good. Although our carpets weren't really dirty,we.are amazed how fresh they look with the nap standing up like it is brand new!

I didn't "like" anything about the products or services offered by Zerorez at my residential appointment....I absolutely LOVED everything! I appreciated the call from Andrew alerting me to his impending arrival, and I was incredibly impressed by every moment from his arrival through his departure. Andrew was very professional, armed with an educated answer to each of my many questions...he offered additional services which were beneficial in my situation, like carpet protection and tile & grout cleaning...he also notified me of other services available through Zerorez which I might consider in the future, but didn't apply to me at this particular time; I can't tell you how nice it was to NOT be pushed into products and services I didn't need!!!! I'm happy I could improve the quality of my new home and do so in a manner that's safe for myself and my son. I'm the first person to complain about service problems, but I'll be praising Zerorez and the fantastic representative sent to my home this past week. Sincerest thanks from my family to the Zerorez family. P.K. Chilton

The service was outstanding. The service rep. Called when he was on his way, explained what he would be doing, and the estimate I was given over the phone was right on when they came to do the cleaning. No hidden expenses and the rep wasn't pushy in other service areas. he gave honest opinions and did a great job cleaning the carpets! Especially happy with the way he was able to get up the puppy stains that I thought were never coming out. The house smelt wonderful after as well!
