It was easy to schedule, I was able to get it set-up within the same week, I received directions as to what I could do to prepare, and the work was completed very quickly.
The only reason for not giving it 10/10 is because it took much longer to dry than expected.
the sr. tech - Greg - that came to my house and cleaned my carpets and furniture was AWESOME !!! He did his job. He did not RUSH but instead took time to make sure the job was done with care. The last tech we had rushed so fast that as soon as he put on the spot treatment he was right there sucking it all up. Greg on the other hand put up corner protectors and took great caution when moving around my big king side wood bed. He did a GREAT JOB. I already recommended him to two people over the weekend. I will not have zerorez again without asking for a SENIOR TECH. Thanks Greg - you were GREAT.

product is not a heavy solution of chemicals yet cleans old carpet well
technician was very thorough with explaining what they do and offer but not pushy, and asked if there were any concerns. Made sure I was satisfied when they were finished.
there is no cemicals used in the solution for cleaning.
