I have used you several times but this time you failed to get a copuple stains out that I thought would have come out. So, a little disappointed about that.

I believe that Zerorez did a good job in cleaning our carpets. I liked how the carpets looked after it was done. We had a milk spill and that was the reason I called Zerorez. A small portion of the carpet is still "crunchy" after being cleaned where the milk spilled. I am slightly disappointed that this is not gone as the majority of the spill area is not crunchy, but one spot along the wall is crunchy. Not sure if it wasn't cleaned as well in that area or why that would still be "crunchy". Other than that, very satisfied.

Great clean

I was impressed that the stains/spots on our family room carpet were able to be totally eliminated. Also, the technician was very thorough - he explained every step of the way. Also, our very dirty throw rugs were able to be refreshed, too.

Excellent client education regarding process, time, and cost as well as follow up. Derek was professional in his demeanor, polite, and friendly. He was thorough and efficient in his work and communicated the entire process from beginning to end including follow up for stubborn stains. The end result is my carpets are cleaner than they've ever been after 2 dogs and 3 years time.
