Zerorez does an excellent job cleaning. It would have been nice to have 2 guys sent out for the job to shorten the time cleaning since it is a business on a weekend. It took longer with only one person.

We had a sofa done that has a 'velvet' type material that shows the cleaning lines from the wand they used, and its not as nice appearing as it was. Other than that, very nice work all around.
The initial customer service rep was helpful and good to work with as we're the rest of the reps on the follow up calls. My technician was really outstanding! He was thorough, patient, accommodating, courteous, and professional. My carpets look and smell very clean. I'll definitely recommend this company to others.

Easy to schedule. Accomodating. I was well informed of pricing before the technicial arrived. The technicial was willing to clean the stairs that I had forgotten to tell the scheduler about. I was asked to see the progress as it was made throughtout cleaning session. The technicial was very open to moving furniture. The end result was wonderful - clean, very clean carpet!!!
