I have used ZEROREZ on a few occasions and this last time I was NOT pleased with the results as once the carpet had dried and I was able to walk on it and look around there were still a few of the same stains in the carpet that I had expected would be gone... Please let me know what I can do to fix this. Thank you

Your employee (I believe it was Jason(maybe Josh) was very thorough in his pre-explanation and was very polite and considerate though out.

I have a couch and a chair that I honestly thought needed to be reupholstered, but wanted to try cleaning them first. Loyal was the technician who came out, and he agreed - it was worth a try. It took a while, but he stuck with it, and I can now get another couple of years out of both pieces - saving me some money for a while! I was truly amazed, especially when he left a large section of the chair uncleaned for a few minutes, just so he could show me the difference! Now that I know how fantastic my upholstered pieces can look just by getting them cleaned, I'll do it more often!

Major cudos to Loyal - he is exactly the kind of dedicated, ambitious, well-mannered employee every company should have, especially when coming into customer's homes.
