technicians are courteous and knowledgeable. Everything was done just as they said it would be done. customer service says they will call 2 days before appt to confirm, and that did happen. customer service says tech will call when they are on their way the day of appt, and that did happen. Pricing is confirmed before anything gets started so there is no sticker shock, no suprises.

Dan did a great job. He was very thorough with the cleaning that he did and explained how much time the cleaning would take and he was right on with his estimate. He did an excellent job cleaning up. I felt like he treated our home like it was his.

The technician (First name removed) was a pleasant person. He explained options available and was not pushy. I enjoyed the visit and my carpets, like always, look great.

Technician clarified work to be done and time it would take. He responded well to my additional requests. We had some real trouble spots that he attended to carefully and, in most cases, returned the carpet to pre-stain conditions.
