Quick response time-thorough and professional

I called Zerorez because our carpet had spots and stains practically everywhere, and I had guests coming over in three days. Our technician, Henry, arrived when promised, sealed a tarp over our screen door, and wore protection over his shoes. When he asked if we wanted a protective product on the carpet, I mentioned that I had heard that those rarely work. He described the method they use and what steps to take after he uses the protective product, which is much better than they have been in the past.

He was very professional, friendly, and pleasant to have here. I was absolutely stunned that he had gotten all the spots out of the carpet.

However, about a day later, a red spot appeared on the carpet. I blotted it with a damp towel, but could not remove it.

Is it possible for you to send Henry, or another technician to come and take a look at it?
