Alex Just and his assistant, Les, were fabulous. They were hard workers and efficient workers. They removed the troublesome stains in our carpet, both upstairs and downstairs. I will ask for them again. In fact, I've already spoken with a neighbor about how good Zerorez is. I have used Zerorez about a half-dozen times. I'm sold.

The employee Justin is a very fine gentleman and a great representative of your company!! Please show/give him all the appreciation you can. The job was completed within an hour or so, and Justin did a good job. The walkway into my study/office did not come out as clean as I was hoping for but I guess it just had been "walked in and walked on" too much.
Friendly no pressure staff. Product seems to work since all of my stains were removed.
You made our carpets look so new again. I didn't think it was possible. Without harsh chemicals too! The house looks and smells so much better

The actual Zerorez employee who came to service our carpets was kind and capable in her ability to move the furniture around as needed.
Pleased with the final result although I would say the carpets were wetter than I had imagined they would be and still have yet to dry.
Each time we use Zerorez we are so impressed at how friendly the employees are. Very professional and we love our clean our carpet is. I wish there was a scent that you could add to the carpet though.

The technician Aron was awesome. My service was scheduled between 3-6 pm. I was concerned about the latest of the appointment but the individual informed me that the tech generally arrived no later than 5pm. So was expecting that, Aron contacted me around 5:30 and informed he would be heading to my place, he sensed I was frustrated due to the late hour, because I knew it would probably be close to 8pm by the time he finished. Well anyway when he arrived he started out by saying I know your frustrated that I'm late, but my goal is to ensure that you have a great experience with us. Wow! I explained that I thought the latest they would be coming would be 5pm, since they start at 7. Anyway I can't say enough nice things about him. He ended up doing my stairs at no charge and provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. At the end he did mention that this was his last day on the job because he found a job in what he had gone to school. He spoke highly of your company. Considering the long days these individuals put in during your peak season, I hope as a company they are compensated for their efforts. Great customer service and my carpet looks great.
I had an "urgency" to get my carpets cleaned due to a pet accident and Zerorez was able to accommodate me quickly. My technician offered to do more than I asked even though I was his last customer of the evening. (I wish I could remember his name). He did a great job on my pet incident areas & did another room & my stairwell. It looked great! His cell phone didn't work at my house so I had to call in to pay. Every time I call to pay I have to leave my number for a call back. Then when someone calls back, I miss it & they leave the same number to leave a message. I wish they would give an alternative number so I could get this bill paid.
