He worked after normal hours without complaining, and he was very respectful and cordial. Devin represented your company very well. I hope that you have a tangible way of recognizing his good work!
One thing that is bothersome - your telephone system makes it difficult to reach areas after the scheduling has been done. Option #1 - "if you know your party's extension", which is usually unknown! Options #2 and #3 do not relate, if you have already scheduled residential or commercial work. This has been my only disappointment with Zerorez.

I had my carpets cleaned a few times by ZeroRez and there were certain stains they never could get out. The guy who came Saturday to do my carpets was exceptional. I couldn't believe it when I walked in....every stain was gone. I don't know who did my carpets before but this guy was so professional and went above and beyond to get those stains out. Carpet looks amazing. I don't remember his name but he is amazing and hopefully you will let him know how pleased I am with him. I would like his name because I would only request him to clean my carpets again. First name removed

Zerorez took care of me from the initial phone call to completion of the job. I loved the 2 gentlemen who actually did the work. They were courteous, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, professional, and explained every step in the process, including any additional cost.
The best part was coming down my steps the next morning. They were brought back to life, no longer matted down and slippery with dirt. The dark traffic stripe down the middle was gone. They had a bouncy feel to them and the fiber actually looked lifted up instead of smashed down.
I will definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone. Thank you!
