Employees were polite and knowledgeable. They gave me options - no high pressure sales tactics. The only drawback was the length of time that the couches took to dry - 24 hours and where the arm rests overlap was still damp. The carpet and couches look like new and smell great - new puppy urine smell completely gone!

Our carpet is over 25 years old. After Zerorez cleaned it, it looks like new. The technician was friendly and quickly completed the job.

Billy did a great job, but it seemed so unfair that both of us waited much of the afternoon for a part for the water connection. When I asked about how often this happens, he said fairly regularly. If that is the case, I think they should carry the spare part with them.
He was here for 3 and a half hours, for a cleaning that only took about 30 minutes. That just seems wrong to me. Also, it delayed the drying process for that long as well. I didn't know that I wouldn't have access to the rooms for 24 hours. I think someone should have mentioned that when I made the appointment.
Other than that, it is really nice to have clean carpet!

I like that there are no chemicals, unless pre-treating areas and there is no obvious odor.
