The guys got the carpet quite clean especially it's an older carpet. They did well on a hallway which gets high use. And they were friendly and accommodating. The only objection was that the "extras" such as spot treatment (which I needed because of animals that have been here) seemed to me, anyway, pretty expensive. I didn't expect my bill to stay at $120 (3 room special) but it was almost three times that after adding in add-ons and taxes. So I think your pricing schedule needs consideration.

Our carpet was filthy and they worked very hard to successfully get it clean. They were polite/professional.

Service was excellent. I called with last minute request and they found time within my window to come out and clean the carpet. The tech was so nice, great customer service and really knew his stuff. Both staff members very helpful will recommend and use service again.
