From the initial phone call to the work being done, the customer service was excellent !!!!!!! We are very happy with the results of the cleaning both in our family room and the grout in the bathroom. Glen, the technician, was very polite and professional. We will certainly let our family and friends know how pleased we are and the price was very affordable.

Kevin explained the process and the prices before he started so there wasn't any surprise charges. He was careful to point out that not all stains could be removed especially the red ones but he would try his best (he was successful!).
He was on time and told me approximately how long it would take.

thorough although there were some spots that showed up after carpet dried. Wondering if you could still get them out?

There were 2 large stubborn spots in the living room that were not completely removed. I don't really know what the stains are, but they are new and I didn't think those would be a problem.

I greatly appreciated that the carpets were fairly dry soon after cleaning. The spots on the bathroom carpet came up better than any other cleaner has been able to do! My husband, who was here when the cleaning took place, was surprised by how hard the cleaning technician worked and how much he perspired! It helped him realize, at least a little bit, why it's so expensive to clean carpets.

We were pleased with the thorough job Edwina did. She worked steadily for 3 and a half hours. Our carpets very nice and clean.

Floors turn out nice . The guys onsite were very clean and courteous . Even though the scheduling was messed up we were supposed to be an AM cleaning and ended up being a PM cleaning they were in and out
