I think you did a very good job cleaning our carpet. I have one problem which I will call on Monday to let you know. When he moved a chair he forgot to put something under the legs. Well now i have two brown spots on the carpet. Otherwise all is well.

The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. He made a couple suggestions which included getting an area rug cleaned. I decided to do that and it will be delivered next week. Everything looks beautiful.

Quick, efficient, inexpensive, and the rugs dried quickly. The service person, David, was very helpful and pleasant, and worked on the (many) spots and stains in the carpet. He explained everything, and was done in the estimated timeframe.

Scott was very professional and thorough. He took his time, was careful around my items and didn't try and "push" or "upsale" me, which that alone speaks volumes. The carpets looked like new, they dried quickly and there was no chemical smells. I would highly recommend Scott from the Maple Grove Zerorez.
