The carpet does not have a soapy residue. I like the smell. It is dry fairly quickly.
The communication was great. The technician called to notify he was on the way. He was very pleasant and we did the walk thorugh so I could point out my concerns. He gave an estimate on how long he would take and everything went smoothly. He walked thruugh the area when he finished to see if i had any questions. Very nice young man. The carpets dried quickly and looked better than than it has in years. I am very satisfied.

Ryan was very friendly, professional and clearly knew his job well. He did a great job and was finished in a very reasonable amount of time. I really appreciated that he read the note I had made on my online appointment where I requested the earliest arrival time. He was running a little early and asked if I wanted him to come earlier, which I did - it worked out great. Definitely asking for Ryan again when it's time for the next round of cleaning.
