The facility location is easily accessible from Hwy. 100. Plus, Rick carried the rug in from and to my car. Should we need area rug cleaning in the future, definitely will use ZEROREZ again.

I would like to specifically thank and recommend our Service Technician. Daryl was extremely professional and spent time educating me about stain removal and the XEROREZ process. He also spent extra time working to remove foam in the basement carpet that was embedded from previous attempts made to clean stains. Finally, he provided specific instructions about making sure fans were used in areas that needed extra attention so the caret would dry and even carried a large heavy fan down two levels to the basement. This was also the first time I had a couch cleaned and it looks and smells like new. Extremely satisfied and would definitely want Daryl and XEROREZ again.
