I was satisfied with the work done but not the way it was scheduled. My window of time was 2-5 and my neighbor was going to get her carpet cleaned between 3-6 . He didn’t show up till almost 5:30 and my neighbor had to be somewhere at 6:30 so he did hers first and mine second . It was 8pm when he finished . He was very apologetic as he had a big job before ours . You need to schedule better!!

I have to tell you that Lee was absolutely amazing. He explained everything that he was doing and the benefits of it. Super friendly and I would 100% recommend zero rez to everybody!!!

I am always pleased with the service I receive. I've never had anyone out who wasn't extremely kind, knowlegeble, hard working and diligent about his work. AJ was here on Saturday and he did an excellent job. Explained some of the added services he could offer and while we declined, he did make us aware of them. I appreciated your online scheduling system-allowed me to book my appointment when I had time vs trying to find time during the day to contact the office. I also liked the email confirmation and text reminders. On the day of service, Roosevelt was awesome! Provided great customer service, answered any questions we had and the carpets looked great. We feel like they were actually getting cleaner than other services or equipment we have used in the past

Good cleaning, upfront about cost and use of no soap.

I like that the person who came to my house was not in a huge rush. He actually told me that I could add whatever I needed him to do to the list and I did! I added another room and a chair that was really dirty that I had forgotten about. I also liked that he got some pretty gnarly stains (ground in fruit snacks) out of my carpet in my living room. He was nice and polite! I was very impressed with the job he did!
