We’ve been very happy for several years with the high quality of the Zerorez products. In addition to our carpets, Zerorez has also cleaned upholstery for us. In all cases, the carpets/chairs have stayed fresh and clean much longer, and the dry time was only 2-3 hours. Our past experience was 6-8 hours. Also, the Zerorez technicians are awesome! Customer service is excellent. We’ve referred Zerorez to several friends, and all have been very pleased with the results. We will continue to use Zerorez for all our carpet and upholstery needs!

Even though the service that I wanted/needed was unable to be performed, they were very professional and explained things in an easy to understand way. They did offer alternative solutions to help with my problem(s) (which did help) and made additional recommendations for services and companies to get my duct work up to date.

We were very happy with the results of the carpet cleaning prompt service. The technician, Keith Forde told us about the services they offer in addition to the basic cleaning. He was not pushy in his approach which we appreciate. Keith was respectful of our home in his actions and his words. We would definitely use their service again and recommend them to any one that ask us. We were pleased about the care Keith took in cleaning our older carpet and we received compliments on the appearance.

I think you continue to do a very good job. Although I am very disappointed with the decision to do an ask for a tip. It is tacky and like other service providers such as plumbers and electricians, not the work force that should be making the ask - in my home. While I appreciate the work this company does, I will think again about using you. Disappointing.

The carpet looks and feels great. The person who cleaned it was professional and friendly and it was clear that he knew what he was doing. This is my second Zerorez cleaning and won’t be the last.
