Customer service was very responsive and professional. I like the interactive process, ie text and email to advise of my appointment time etc.

The 30 day love it, or revisit worked for my stubborn stained stairs.

Tom, our technician, was very friendly and professional. He explained the process, cleaning options, and set great expectations. There were a few spots, including old wine stains, that I wasn't sure would come up and they got our carpet looking brand new!
