Easy to book, gave a relatively narrow time frame of arrival, they did a good job cleaning the carpet and I really like that there is no residue or soap left after. The carpet is nice and soft.

This was my first time with Zerorez. They were very flexible with me on when they could be at my house. We rescheduled a few times due to conflicting circumstances and their customer service was amazing throughout that process. Onsite at my house, Zerorez was overly informative and helpful with estimating out which services worked best for the house. Zerorez was very accommodating and truly honest, which I really appreciate because other service providers can have a very pushy and unfriendly sales experience. I'd definitely recommend Zerorez and will continue to use them.

We really like that you don't use soap based products. Your voice mail system is very user / customer friendly & pleasant - as are the people in your office we worked with for scheduling. It's also nice that you have a 30 day guarantee.
