the carpet dried quickly, there was water on my wood floors I believe should have been dried before the worker left. now i have dirty stains on my french oak floors

The tech was on time, calling ahead to make sure date/time still worked for me, and he was pleasant. He provided different information and suggestions, but was not pushy or treat me negatively. Not strong scents and smells came out
My technician was on time, very courteous, and explained details very well. He also did a great job especially considering the condition of the carpet. It had not been professionally cleaned for at least 10 years, and before our 21 year old kitty died he was marking a lot.
The last young man you sent to take care of our carpet was the best. We want him next time we need the service....
