I only used zerorez twice and it seems the service got better the 2nd time! I was very pleased the 1st time, don't get me wrong. The guy that came out the 2nd time went above and beyond his duties! It was only a small 2 bedroom house. and he did the bedrooms and the stairs. After he was done he said he did the hallway at no extra charge because it was small. I told him, it's the little things like that, that will keep me coming back! Thank you!

Our cleaner was a perfect gentleman. He was courteous and thoughful. He worked hard and did a quality job. It was a real challenge since the previous owners had a very harry cat. We feel clean in our house now.

Overall a great experience. They were able to accommodate for an early time slot and arrived right on time. The technician did a great job, and was very professional and quick. The only thing was I didn't know about the waste removal fee. Would definitely use again!

Very friendly customer service. Was extremely happy with the additional TLC given to our home e.g. putting down felt to protect hardwood flooring, plastic around corners so as to not damage them and a barrier over the front door while it was propped open.

We are very satisfied with your service & and product!!!!! The carpet hasn't looked this good in a long time, even though I cleaned it once a year with a home type unit. I Know it's very clean because of the hot water and the very strong suction extraction, it really pulls out the dirt and doesn't leave any soap residue. I KNOW it's very clean. Nick did a fantastic job explaining the process of what he was doing, & why cat urine is so nasty to get out. Nick is a super person & really knows his stuff, cares about customers cost, very friendly, puts himself into what he does, and believes in what he doing!!!!!, it's not just a JOB to him. What a great company he works for. So hang onto him! We wouldn't mind you using our comments, but not our name. Thank-you!
