Heilen and Dillon were technical experts in identifying the respective stains and applying the appropriate application accordingly. Excellent customer service skills! The end result was a 15 year old carpet look like new!

I was very pleased with the work done by Jake, the technician who cleaned my carpets yesterday (September 3). In particular, he did an excellent job with the stairway. He was very thorough and also gave me detailed instructions regarding the drying process. I will definitely use Zerorez again next year.

We had an elderly dog that, toward the end of her life, had difficulty making it outside to go to the bathroom. Our 25 yr old carpet had several stains in 2 main rooms of the house, in addition to stains in the high traffic areas throughout the home. We’ve used Zerorez before with great results so we called them again. They certainly came through yet again! We specifically requested to have Roosevelt Williams be our Technician as he was highly recommended by our neighbor whose carpet he also cleaned. Roosevelt is personable, professional, & very thorough! We are extremely pleased with his work & so glad we used Zerorez again! We would never think of calling anyone else!

The carpeting had a lot of urine stains due to a sick dog. Everything and more was cleaned so well it’s hard to believe they were ever there at all. The technician was courteous and thorough in explaining the process. The price was right.
