- Very friendly appointment process and service
- notifications to stay on top of the schedule
- technician was knowledgeable
- technician wall thru property with the owner, understands the problems before starting the process, sets the expectations and starts the process
- technician after cleaning provides a detailed walk thru of the property, talk thru all the problem discussed, make sure customer is happy and then closes the cleaning process

I got to know zerorez from one of my friend, will definitely recommend to anyone.

Blaise was very polite and professional. He explained what he was going to do before he did anything. My carpets look a lot brighter and cleaner. Yes I would recommend Zerorez!
