Love my newly cleaned carpets! Jordan did a great job! He was friendly and took care of the details like wiping up the water/solution on the wood floors where he dripped on his way to/from the carpet.

The tech was terrific !

Appreciate that I was called twice to ask if I wanted the tech to come back to clean missed stains. The tech was very nice and wanted to make things right on the return.

First, the cleaner arrived on time. He asked me what specifically I wanted cleaned. He checked on a product I had used on stains. He then efficiently cleaned the exact areas I wanted cleaned, and when he was finished the carpet looked wonderful.

If all your cleaners are as good as the young man who took care of my carpet, you deserve a top score!

Clean carpets

Daryl did it again! He was plleasant polite and super helpful as he explained how I could monitor the troublesome stain should it reappear. He mentioned that he will be on vacation for about 9 days and gave me a simple solution to the take care of the spot should it appear during the times that the townhouse is on the market. Your company has a real prince of a fellow workinf for them. He is 100% genuine and kind. Thank him again for me.

Our carpet is 21 years old and after cleaning it looks almost new. We did have to have a follow up call retarding rust stains under the legs of our couches and chairs. This issue was resolved the day after we called to our satisfaction.
