Daryl was super professional and knows his equipment -- doesn't waste time but is considerate and helpful when he answers questions. He explains the tough spots and asks if he is unsure of the stain/spot. He was gracious to me and complimentory to the two fellows I had on hand to move furniture. Time was not wasted and I never felt hurried. He arrived about 10 am after completing his first job....and was finished by 11:15ish. I asked him if he could come to Fairmont to clean my 3500 sq ft house florrings and he politely informed me that his area covers the greater Metro. This is the third time I have used the services of Zerorez....and am pleased beyond words. My daughter begged me to have her couch cleaned...it looks brand new. YEA!!!

They did the job you said they would - cleared out the house tubes. My particular guy managed to arrive a bit early (but did warn me with a call), and finished the house (18 vents) in about an hour. The equipment needed to go to the furnace was bulky and frankly intimidating, but he managed it down the stairs without so much as touching a wall. And he took time to wipe all the snow off the wheels on a blanket before bringing it deep into the house.

The two times we received services from your company, the technicians were so nice, informative & accommodating to specific requests.In addition, they were upfront as to not promising to be able to completely remove a few difficult stains.
Also, I was very happy with the end results.

The products seemed to do the job of getting out food stains in the carpet as well as cleaning without making the carpet crisp when it dried. It just looked so clean and smelled fresh.

The technician was very thorough explaining what was to be done as he walked me through the rooms that were to be cleaned. He showed me the bill before he started cleaning so if there was something I wanted to change I could. He worked fast and efficiently and took care to not be running all over the cleaned carpet once it was done. He asked me to inspect his work and and asked if I was satisfied. He is a great technician and I would recommend him to anyone. He is a #10 in my book. Thanks Damien

They are advertised as better than other chemical products, and so I like that especially since they seem to work well.

Friendly, fast, quick drying and clean. I really appreciate that the carpets aren't "crunchy" after they've dried.
