What do you like about our products and services?

We like that your products are environmentally and pet friendly. That is very important to us as we are also concerned with the impact on our environment and as pet owners. We like that the carpet dries quickly and is free of harsh chemicals.

The service tech who cleaned our carpets was pleasant and professional, on time, efficient and thorough.

I was very pleased with the communication (i.e., confirmatory emails and texts as well as a heads-up call the day of the appointment). The technician was professional and more than once asked me if I had any questions. I also like how there were no surprises with the price as quoted versus the final price after the job was completed. Thanks for everything!

What do you like about our products and services?

The tech was good and really explained how we should care for our carpets. He let us know the details about cleaning pet stains and odors. The carpet is soft and looks great. The room is useable again. Thank you.

My bathroom floor tiles and grout, despite cleaning them, have just looked dirty for years. Zerorez came in and had them looking cleaner than they had for 10 years! Amazing!
