Second time having ZeroRez do upholstery and carpet cleaning. Our specialist, Keith, called me ahead of time, arrived when he said he would, and did a beautiful job in my living room! Despite having teenagers and 3 golden retrievers, our sofa and loveseat look and smell brand new. No noxious chemicals, no residue on any surfaces. Fresh and clean. I will not hesitate to call again!

Your technician, Jon, was very professional and did an excellent job. I had used Zerorez in the past and was not happy so tried another service. I heard the Bob FM special advertised and thought I would try Zerorez one more time; I am glad I did.
Jon pre-treated the areas I mentioned and got some good results. He was a very positive person and I could tell he took pride in his work.
