I absolutely love zerorez! We called several places who would not come out to our home due to distance and zerorez didn't bat an eye. The technician was professional, prompt, and courteous. He explained everything he was going to do and made sure to answer any of our questions. My grandmother sufferers from COPD and said she could immediately breath better and the house smelled so much better. Definitely going to hire them again. Seriously! Get your air ducts clean! Get them cleaned by zerorez!!!

I love how zerorez cleans the carpet without the overpowering smell of cleaners! I had another company clean our carpets and the lemon smell they used was nauseating!

Ryan was so knowledgeable and gave me lengthy explanations of the products and what he thought would be best for our situation. We had to deal with dog accidents which needed a second level of spot cleaning. It all turned out very well and I will use Zerorez in the future and request Ryan.

He then explained each step of the process and encouraged me to ask any questions. I was very happy with the friendly, knowledgeable and personal service that I received from the technician that came into my home. He did a great job cleaning the couch and loveseat. Thank you!
